Fairly cheap diagnosis so we could find out the issue with our Nissan Rogue, and they were patient with us afterwards for the week or so it took us to decide what to do. We ended up trading in the car for a new Subaru. No extra storage fees or constant calling while we shopped around. Pretty painless process overall

Even though they were the highest bid for a rebuilt to new transmission it seemed they know what they are doing. They even give a 4 year warranty. It's a matter of getting used to that new sound I guess of it being New and working!
