The technicians are astonishingly understanding and they don't try and push unnecessary services on you. I can't afford my repair a couple of months but they explained everything about the repair and the risks of delaying it to me in a way that was not pushy or like a salesman. They understood it was a lot of money and advised with that understanding in mind.
