Shelly says the truck is running good. Truck broke down Monday night and we had it towed to St George Transmission. St George was able to get truck in for maintenance on Tuesday. The alternator and battery were replaced and the truck was ready for pick up Tuesday night.

I was sent over to their shop after I was informed my transmission fluid smelled burnt during an oil change. They were so willing to look at my car and make sure things looked okay when it was just out in the parking lot. Great customer support!

I was directed to St. George Transmission by a mechanic who could not accommodate my large box truck. I had been advised that I needed a rear main seal replaced. I was quoted the price of the repair, which was less than the mechanic who had referred me. I was very surprised when they called me to tell that the repair was other than the rear main seal and at a much reduced price. I appreciate the honesty of the repairman. I would never had known otherwise. I’m anxious to have them do additional repairs, unrelated to the transmission. They made me aware that they are capable of doing most repairs. For a “first time” experience, it was a great one

I am 85. I mention that not because it's some kind of self-compliment for endurance or whatever, but because during my adult years I had yet to come across a business so worthy of a customer's trust as is St. George Transmission & Automotive. The company is meticulously careful about gathering total information about the customers' (my) vehicle problem. When diagnosed, l was shown the result of that diagnostic and presented with a copy that included the estimated cost. The repair cost exactly reflected the estimate. The work was guaranteed with the major parts warranted. The work was done in the time promised, and I was taken on a test drive with the mechanic who did the work to make certain it was done completely and well. It was. And as an extra, when I needed a ride to and from home it was provided free with a smile. I my opinion, especially it today's "Let the buyer beware" approach to sales, I give TRUST as the most important, even critical factor for selecting any transaction. My advice to you, sir or madam...or miss: If you need work done on your vehicle take it to St. George Transmission and Automotive, because their entire business is grounded in TRUST.

I was really impressed with the service. I felt they were honest and not out to over charge me nor do unnecessary work. I will go back there again

Very efficient. Respectful of my needs. The most important thing is that you LISTENED to me. That seems to be the hardest quality to find, and is the, in my opinion, the most important thing in customer service.

Your honesty, your willingness to answer questions about the vehicle and the exceptional job the service technicians do in diagnosing the problem and then taking care of it. All of the people here inspire confidence that your vehicle is in great hands. I have never been to a car repair place before pictures are taken of the vehicle and I think that is super. Just shows another aspect totally professional your businesses. Thank you. Willie T.
